Why did our bot visit your store?

You're seeing this page because our monitoring bot (RadarMonitorBot/1.0) recently visited your store. RadarMonitor is a monitoring tool built for digital agencies. They add client stores to their dashboard to get alerts when something breaks — like a checkout going down or a theme change that might break the site.

The goal is to help agencies fix issues before they affect sales or user experience. Our bot is the mechanism that makes that possible — it periodically visits stores to verify they are functioning normally.

What does the bot check?

• Store availability (HTTP status codes and load time).
• Checkout page functionality (is it enabled, does it load?).
• Password protection status (if the store is locked).
• Speed metrics (response time and basic performance signals).
• Changes in the storefront HTML structure (to detect broken layouts or unexpected theme deploys).
• SSL certificate validity and expiry.

We do not scrape customer lists, product details, pricing, or any private information. Our scans are typically run every 5–15 minutes per store.

How to opt out

You can block our bot at any time using your robots.txt file. Add the following to the root of your site:

Our bot respects robots.txt directives. Once you add this rule, our bot will no longer visit your store. Note that this will only stop new monitoring — if a Radar Commerce customer has already configured your store for monitoring, they will be notified that the store is blocking our bot.

Who is using this data?

Only the Radar Commerce customer who added your store to their dashboard has access to the monitoring data we collect. We do not share, sell, or publish monitoring data about your store to any third party. For full details on how we handle data, see our Privacy Policy.
